Summer Recipe | Smoked Cheese Brochettes

A lot of you have been asking me what my food and training habits are so I decided to share one of my favorite summer recipe with you all! It is super easy to do at home:
brochettes - 1
Ingredients for 2 (all organic!)  :
– 8 Cherry tomatoes
– Smoked Cheese
– Pickles
– Gluten free Bread
– Salad
– Black olives
– 3 eggs
– Olive oil
– Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Cut square pieces of your favourite bread. Place the smoked cheese on it and bake it (30 sec)
With wood sticks, combine the other ingredients to create a delicious and colourful dish!
For the side: cut squares of smoked cheese, eggs, and pickles. Mix it up to create a fresh salad on the side. Add Olive oil and balsamic vinegar, white wine and BON APPÉTIT! Feel free to add or change the ingredients depending on your preference but I recommend buying organic ones 🙂  Enjoy!
