Being healthy does not mean you cannot be healthy. Obviously there are many of them out there that I would definitely not recommend but as long as it is homemade with the right ingredients, you will be fine!
Organic Tofu Cheese Burger for 2
(all ingredients used here are organic)
- 2 gluten free burgers
- Smoked Cheese
- Tofu steaks
- cherry tomatoes
- onions are optional, I personally don’t eat them.
- Grill the steak with 2 slices of smoked cheese, 1 on top of the tofu steak and one between the steak and the bun. Grill them for 5minutes max or longer as you wish.
- Grill the other bun for 30 sec
- Add the sides of your choice (choose wisely and organic)
- I added: pickles, lettuces, slices of tomatoe, mustard
Your burgers are ready, now add a side of avocado, lettuce and cherry tomatoe. Melt slides of smoked cheese and place them on top of the avocado.
